Conival (AIM: CVL) announces that its Chief executive, Jeremy Schwartz, has notified the Company that he has acquired 360,000 ordinary shares in the Company.  Following this transaction, he now holds 1,610,000 shares representing 0.96 per cent of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
