Jeremy Schwartz, age 43, is a Cambridge postgraduate.
His career has been in FMCG marketing, including Marketing
Director with L’Oreal and The Coca Cola Company.
He has been Brand Marketing Director of Sainsbury’s PLC, responsible
for developing and repositioning the Sainsbury’s brand. This included
re-establishing Sainsbury’s focus on quality across their own brands,
becoming more competitive on price and repositioning their
brand advertising and identity.
Dr Paul Clayton - Non executive Deputy Chairman
Expert in food nutrition and health
Dr Paul Clayton, age 56, is a renowned and well published
expert in the area of functional nutrition and health.
He is a former Senior Scientific Advisor to the UK Government’s
Committee on the Safety of Medicines.
He sits on the
scientific advisory boards of the Nutritional Therapy
Council. He has worked with leading doctors and clinical
scientists at centres of clinical expertise in the UK
and abroad, has designed clinical trials for nutritional
therapies at leading teaching hospitals, and lectures
widely on nutrition and health.
Ali Spencer Churchill - Non executive director
Relationship with the Duke of Marlborough and
Blenheim Palace
Alexander Spencer-Churchill, age 23, gained a diploma in
business studies and media from Oxford Business College
in 2000 and then worked with Marco Pierre White for two
years. In 2002, together with Marco Pierre White, he formed,
and introduced investment to, the Drones Members Club,
which is a dining/restaurant club with approximately 1,000
members. He currently also works for The Raven Group, a
property company.
